I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The attention to detail and the level of comfort provided by this establishment exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious and equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay even during the hot summer months. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I had everything I needed. The location of the hotel, nestled among the mountains, provided a serene and tranquil atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Moreover, being close to a variety of restaurants made dining options convenient and diverse.

All was simply perfect.

Rooms are big and location is perfect. We could see the mountain from our window. When we came, the host met us and was helpful. As picky eaters we liked to be close to lots of restaurants, went to Avalon couple of times, it was 15 mins walk away...

The owners go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome, providing helpful recommendations for activities and dining. The private parking and complimentary bikes were convenient bonuses. We especially loved the spacious rooms with private terraces and the incredibly comfortable beds. If you can't find happiness here, you won't find it anywhere. we highly recommend 21Barra5 for a truly exceptional stay.

Although the stairs in the room were a bit dangerous, it did not impact our overall experience. Additionally, it would have been a fantastic addition if the guesthouse had a sauna or jacuzzi in the garden.

The stairs in the room were made of iron, which could be a bit dangerous, especially when going to the bathroom.

This accommodation is situated in a serene location with stunning mountain views. Several restaurants nearby provide plenty of options for dining out. the high-end establishment provides impeccable service, clean rooms with big wardrobes, and spacious bathrooms with great showers. Guest satisfaction is a top priority. the delicious breakfast is a perfect start to the day.

There is no sauna or jacuzzi in the garden.

Can't fault the property in any way.

Our stay couldn't have been better. This hotel is top notch. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. They were always available to answer our questions and provide us with information about the city and its surroundings. The breakfast was fantastic, with an excellent variety of fresh and delicious food. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, including the cleanliness of the rooms, the spacious bathroom, and the well-maintained parking. The location is perfect, with plenty of amazing restaurants nearby, away from the city center, and surrounded by the mountains.

Don’t have any issues at all.

I recently had a business trip in a modern architecturally designed guest house. the room was spacious, warm with a large well-fitted bathroom and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was of top quality with a variety of fresh fruits, yogurt, cereal, pastries, and warm rolls with butter and fruit spread. the presentation was very stylish and the attentiveness of the host made my stay enjoyable. the charming views were the best, especially at night with the twinkling lights.

I think it would be great if they provided a sauna, as it would have added charm to the property. the distance from the town was a bit long, about 20 mins, which I found a bit inconvenient, this was however mitigated by the bus stop right in front of the property, providing easy access to the center of town.

Everything about this stay was exceptional.

Our stay was great. The accommodation was new, modern and bright, with spacious rooms, comfortable bedding, and a nice view from the balcony. Breakfast was delicious and included fresh local products. The location was perfect as it was close to the city center and main attractions. there was free parking available on site which was a big advantage.

We didn't find anything negative during our stay. However, it would have been great if there were extra facilities for relaxation such as a sauna or jacuzzi.
